Vinyasa | Every Monday + Friday, 7-8 PM
with Sean Cassidy
Temp: 80-85° || APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS
There are four basic definitions of vinyasa: 1) the linking of body movement with breath; 2) a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures; 3) setting an intention for one's personal yoga practice and taking the necessary steps toward reaching that goal; (4) a particular style of yoga class.
This class offers sequential movement interlinking postures to form a continuous flow creating a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and encourages a sense of “letting go.” Attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the asanas rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in an asana. Vinyasa is truly an exploration of the body as it moves through space and time.

Core for Climbers | 7 - 8 PM
M/W/F at SW T/Th at NE
The core cannot be strong enough for climbers. The Circuit's Core for Climbers class will target all areas of the core and will create stability in places you never knew were so important for climbing. No matter your climbing style, improving your core strength will have a positive effect on your climbing performance. Your core is not just your abs! There are many muscle groups that work together to provide stability for the body when climbing and so many of them make up your core. Core for Climbers will also provide much needed injury prevention by targeting anterior muscle groups often neglected by climbers.
