In this class climbers will learn how to utilize a climbing-specific warm-up to mirror movements on the ground that they would experience on the wall. This class will break down the most common movements and techniques and fine-tune strength and motor skills. By utilizing a resistance band you will begin to activate your core, shoulder blade muscles, and stabilize your legs, while performing the exact motion you would on the wall.
