Get ready for the Summer climbing season with 5 weeks of training. Spring Training is all about boosting your general fitness for outdoor climbing season. For 5 weeks, climbers work strength intensive boulder problems, use circuit style weights & calisthenics, and perform injury prevention exercises to get you fit for Summer sending. A 30 minutes consult is required prior to the first class day to ensure the right program set for you. Email Scott Leeper directly to schedule yours.
