Intro to Bouldering
ages 13+
This free 60-minute class introduces you to basic climbing techniques and bouldering safety. This class is included in the cost of your membership, punch pass, or day pass. After class, you can purchase a 2-week membership for $30 (same day only, only available for a one-time purchase).

Beyond the Basics
ages 13+
Stuck in a rut? Chances are you’re already strong enough, you just need the tools to enhance your technique and skill. This class is designed for novice climbers ready to take it to the next level. Recommended for those projecting 4&5’s.
3-week sessions are offered on a quarterly basis.

Women’s Bouldering Class
ages 13+
Similar to our Beyond the Basics class but more specifically geared towards women. Take your climbing to the next level in this women-led, three-week course. Students will learn technical skills, such as sequencing and footwork as well as female-focused physical training to further advance their climbing performance. Recommended for those projecting 4&5’s.
The ultimate goal of this class is to foster a safe and inclusive space for the female climbing community to empower one another within the context of The Circuit!

Yoga Movement for Climbers · W: 7-8P
Work on breathing, range of motion, balance, and deeper body awareness to help your climbing.Vin/Yin · Th: 7-8P
This class begins with the movement and strengthening poses of Vinyasa yoga, followed by the deep stretches and relaxation of Yin yoga.
