Intro to Bouldering
Never bouldered before? Start here. Bouldering is an exciting way to get in shape, challenge yourself, and meet new people. We’ll introduce you to the history, safety, and basic technique of this amazing sport. In addition to 90 minutes of instruction, we include 2 weeks of unlimited climbing at no extra cost. Open to ages 13 and up.

Beyond the Basics
Stuck in a rut? Not getting any better? Perhaps it’s time to reach Beyond the Basics - a class designed for novice climbers looking to break through the learning curve.
In this class series you will learn the key to climbing your best. It’s not how strong your muscles are, but how you use them. Technique and skill will allow you to advance through the grades. We supply rental shoes and chalk during the class and throw in a Month Membership for non-members so you can practice between lessons. All courses taught by Scott Leeper unless otherwise indicated. Advanced Skills & Tactics
Expand your technical repertoire with Advanced Skills and Tactics. Learn the skills and methodology of the most capable climbers. This class introduces advanced lower body techniques, dynamic movement, and basic strength training. Includes a Month Membership for non-current members. Designed for those climbing V4 and up. Self-Care for Climbers
Overuse injuries are common among climbers and have been experienced by most climbers during their career. They build slowly and are notoriously difficult to treat. When these injuries persist, you can't stay at the top of your game. This 90-minute educational course focuses on myofascial release*, self-massage techniques, and targeted stretches to relive and prevent common climbing aches and pains.
*Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. When the fascia is released, the musco-skeletal system can be realigned, improving health and promoting well-being.
