Self-Care for Climbers

Overuse injuries are common among climbers and have been experienced by most during their climbing carreer. They build slowly and are notoriously difficult to treat. When these injuries persist, you can't be at the top of your game. This 90 minute educational course focuses on myofascial release*, self-massage techniques, and targeted strtetches to relieve and prevent common climbing aches and pains.

*Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. When the fascia is released, the musco-skeletal system can be realigned, improving health and promoting well-being.
