Safety

We aim to keep our facilities safe for everyone and have rules we enforce to ensure the well-being of those in our gyms.

If we see you standing, climbing, or walking under another climber or running anywhere in our facility, we will remind you that these are unsafe and dangerous to both yourself and those climbing in the gym. If you continue to be a danger to yourself or others, we will ask you to leave. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.

FAQ

WHAT IS BOULDERING?

Bouldering is a social, rapidly-growing style of rock climbing. Climbers do not use ropes or harnesses, but scale walls that are lower to the ground, which is protected by a thick, padded floor.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Begin by filling out an online waiver and bring a government-issued photo ID on your first visit. After that, you can drop-in and climb whenever we are open. Waivers for minors can only be signed by a parent or court-appointed guardian. Minors visiting without their parent or court-appointed guardian must bring a copy of the government-issued photo ID of the parent or court-appointed that signed the waiver.

Youth reservations are required on weekends and school break days (holidays, teacher planning, etc) between the hours of 9A-4P.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

We recommend climbing shoes, chalk, and a chalk bucket - however none are required. If you don't own any climbing gear, you can rent shoes and chalk at any of our locations. Athletic apparel that allows for full range of motion and a standard pair of tennis shoes or socks is always acceptable (we do not allow barefoot climbing).

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BELAY?

No.

HOW TALL ARE THE WALLS?

Our walls range in height from 8-17 feet. We offer a variety of terrain to cater to all levels. To better simulate the experience of bouldering outside, many of our boulders have top-out terrain (climbers can climb on top of the boulder).

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT BRINGING IN A GROUP?

Head over to our ‘CONTACT’ page for our group packet link. We require a 2 week notice for groups of 8 or more (including spectators), whether its a formal group or an informal meet up. Due to safety reasons if you do not have a reservation we may not be able to accommodate your group.
